IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: POTOMACSOFT LICENSES THE SOFTWARE TO YOU ONLY UPON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. IF YOU START TO USE THE SOFTWARE YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT.

LICENSE AND WARRANTY:

Terminal Bridge software is a property of PotomacSoft Inc and is protected by copyright law. While PotomacSoft continues to own the software, you will be granted certain rights to use the software after your acceptance of this license agreement. The standard version is free for download and install. We attempt to keep the server access free for the standard version, but the situation could change. This agreement only covers the client and host programs. The server programs for enterprise version are covered under another agreement. Your rights and obligations with respect to the use of the client and host programs are as follows:

YOU MAY:

. Install and use standard version of the software on any computers.
. Install and use the enterprise version through the distribution of your corporation.

YOU MAY NOT:

. You must NOT modify, reverse engineer, decompile, decode, disassemble, sell, rent, lease or redistribute any or all portions of this software except that you may redistribute entire installation package from our authorized distribution channel without additions, reductions and/or modifications.
. You must NOT create more than one user account on shared servers. You must NOT provide fake information when creating a user account on shared servers.
. You must NOT operate the software other than it is designed to. For example, not limited to, you must NOT operate the program by sending instructions from any auto-clicking software.

WARRANTY:

For any identified bugs/problems in the software, we will do our best to fix.

DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES:

The software is provided as is. There is no guarantee that it will always work and is free of bugs. In no event shall PotomacSoft or its authorized suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profit, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) directly or indirectly arising out of the use or misuse of this software, even if PotomacSoft has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
