License Key
Note: Potomacsoft TeleDesktop does not requires a license key unless you want to use direct connection. If you want to use only SBC connection, you do not need to install a license key.
TeleDesktop is licensed per host machine basis. Only the machine running as a host (the computer to be controlled by another computer) needs a license key. You may install and use TeleDesktop client program on any number of computers without license key. The license key will be valid for lifetime free version upgrades.
IMPORTANT: Before purchasing the license key(s), please read the following:
- We
will NOT accept refund requests after license keys are bought. You do not need a license key for SBC connection. For direct connection, you may use
the software that is fully functional for 30 days after
initial installation. After 30 days, trial is extended on even days. You should buy the license key when satisfied.
- The
only warranty we make is that the license key(s) bought from us will
function properly as designed. In case the license key(s) do not work, we
will, in our own choices, replace the defective license key(s) or refund
the money you paid for the license key(s), provided that we are notified
in written within 30 days from purchase of the license key(s).
- You may optionally subscribe SBC service that will be helpful to pass firewalls and proxy servers and work transparently with dynamic IP addresses. You can also use the free "guest" SBC account if you prefer. The license key DOES NOT cover SBC subscription.
- Please
read license agreement (EULA) and purchase the license key(s) only when
you accept the entire agreement.
