Known limitations and work-arounds:
  • If your host is a XP system, the host computer may occasionally not response to logoff and shutdown. If you do get this problem, you can press the ctrl button when you hit the logoff or shutdown button. You should save your work before doing that.
  • "Fast User Switching" in XP - If the host computer is switched to another user using XP "fast user switching", TeleDesktop will not work until the user logged out. You may consider to disable "Fast User Switching" if this bothers you.
  • "Remote Desktop" in XP or Windows 2003 Server - When you rent a dedicated server, you may want to use "Remote Desktop" to setup TeleDesktop. Please see FAQ section for how to set up.
